If I could give 0 stars I would. Over charged, really bad communication, ridiculous customer service, they completely blew me off and would not respond to calls or emails. Then did not honor a promotion they advertised as valid to SEPT 28th 2019. See images This has been a year of giving the benefit of doubt. First appointment was new patient exam almost a year ago paid everything in cash. We absolutely LOVE Dr. Moore and her entire staff! We drive from Tuscaloosa, Alabama (an hour and a half) to see Dr. Moore. She's very professional and is always so pleasant (her staff, too)! Definitely worth the drive! :-)
Dr. Moore is a very wonderful and experienced eye doctor and she listens to the patient. Her and her staff are so polite, articulate in the tests they do to your eyes and pleasant to the patients. I have moved to different states but I either drive back of fly back to make my appointments with Dr. Moore. I am a nurse and I know how patients should be treated and at the Eye Clinic of West Point I am very happy with the care I get. Get your eye glasses 👓 there too!! Dr. Moore is the best eye doctor in the world, but steadily have to wait longer and longer for appointments as they overbook daily. Random price increases and surprise fees have started popping up as well.
