Staff was super nice and friendly all around with my 2 yr old. However, the wait time is insane. My appt was at 9 am, and I didn’t leave until close till noon. They did let me know, when the appt was scheduled, that it could take up to 3 hrs. However, the lobby had 1 other person besides me in there at the start, and maybe 3 additional when I left. So, I’m leaving 3 stars because an eye appointment should never be 3 hours. I understand they dilated her eyes, but that’s 30 mins, so about an hour -hour and half reasonably ever... read more
I really do not understand why my appt was at 950am and by 11:50am we still have not seen the eye doctor. Have they changed the policy to the longer you wait the more they will bill.your insurance. No one has apologized for the wait time. Mind you I have a 5yr old. This is ridiculous. The service has gone down hill and I am extremely frustrated. Not to mention the eye glasses shop and how often they go through employees and how rude they are. The orders are never done correctly and always have issues with them as well. My da... read more

Had to pick up my sons glasses. waiting area was full no one asked if we needed assistance or anything. So we sat down to wait or turn. Another customer walk-in and immediately got service as she walked right by us . 10 min after the fact still no help
