Dr. Desmon is just cool. Good energy, listens, and takes the time to make sure your eye health and concerns are addressed and understood. Friendly staff, clear explanation of insurance benefits, quick turnaround time on new eyewear.
Doctor Desmond Carl is great — knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the experience is completely undermined by his staff. The office staff was unprofessional, condescending, and at times downright hostile. I called multiple times over a two week period needing follow-up about ordering contacts and was never called back.
