I was told I have a corneal ulcer and need to start treatment ASAP because I could lose my vision if I didn’t. The front office was not very friendly, made no eye contact, and lacked basic communication skills. I’m not sure who it falls on but my prescription for the antibiotic eye drops wasn’t called in. I wasn’t able to talk to anyone because they were “busy with other customers.” I don’t know what to do at this point. I never expected such a big facility to be so personal and amazing. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, excellent care. My prescription is the best I've ever had, the help I received getting my glasses fitted fitted and adjusted, excellent. This place has such a caring and dedicated staff all around.
After visiting The Eye Centers of Florida, I do not want to go anywhere else for my eyes! The entire staff was extremely friendly, the optometry team was very knowledgeable, and the retail team was great about providing style recommendations, as well as, fitting me with the best pair of glasses!
Dr Eiselmann is wonderful . My son has aspbergers as well as adhd so eye exams are seriously a pain. Dr Eiselmann is patient thorough, kind and makes me son feel at ease instead of anxious.
not even half a star. worst customer service on planet. charged my insurance for services not provided. called to resolve 3 times in a row. put on hold each time so long it disconnected. I will never do business with them ever again.
I had an eye exam today after a work accident and yes it is workers comp. So I go in and get checked by Doctor Fernandez and he tells me my eyes look better and that I can go to work right away, even after telling him my eyes are feeling discomfort and seeing blurry, which I feel like I should not be driving or working until my eyes are 100%. This is ridiculous because I just had my accident yesterday and blew hot steam in my eyes when I was rushed to the ER.
Was there today with hubby,,from New York and was a little apprehensive, Dr Brown on Tamiami trail in Naples plus his staff was outstanding, took his time was extremely thorough, explained everything carefully, we were very happy! Latest equipment as well!! Was truly a great experience!
