Service and caer was great. Had my second eye surgery a few days ago. Had to drive from Florida to Indiana yesterday. Drove 17 hours and vision was great. To he last 100 miles was night with rain. I could see unbelievable. I could never done this a month ago. Thanks team and Dr Bansagl
Dr Andy was absolutely A W E S O M E my mom had a cataract removed recently. He called and personally checked on her to see how she was feeling later on that day. Any one of his staff could have called, but he called! His bedside manners are fantastic. His team is also great. We are in awe of his work. Procedure turned out great as well. They have a great team at this place. My mom's post op appt was the next morning. We were in and out. Can't say enough great things about Dr Andy and his entire team...Just wonderful!! :-)
They worst care for patients by the nurses. They never sent orders for an mri , for 4 days after they said it was imperative to get an mri done immediately and then they didn't send it to me. No compassion for what could have happened in the meantime. The staff is totally inept
I called to see if this business took my health insurance. I spoke with Ashlyn, who had impeccable customer service skills. While they didn't, she gave me some names of other businesses that may do so. Even though I wasn't more than likely going to be a patient of theirs (in lieu of not being the right fit for my needs), she went above and beyond to help me. Great job Ashlyn. I will be recommending people to come see you guys.
Dr Leoncavalla has been my 90 year old Dad’s eye specialist, since he moved to Destin. He sees an optometrist at the VA. His last 2 visits to the VA resulted in a referral to a specialist. We requested Dr.Tony and received an appointment 2 months out. THE DAY BEFORE HIS APPOINTMENT, the office called and said he was so busy they were moving some patients to a new doctor and would be scheduling him 6 weeks from now. I can understand changing a policy, correcting the flow of patients, triaging patients to the right person BUT ... read more
