I was initially disappointed with the practice because of an incident that happened during a recent visit (the employee that assisted me chastised me for breaching policy although she was in direct violation of the same policy) however after writing a review on another platform, the wife of Dr. Schultz called me to tell me what a terrible person I was for writing the review. My experience at this office was absolutely terrible. To begin with, I had to wait in my car for 45 minutes after my appointment time. I believe that if I didn't call the office to remind them that I was waiting, my wait would have been even longer. Once I was finally inside, everything was rushed. It felt like a conveyer belt. When I saw the doctor, he was nice but very rushed. He told my that I have UV damage, but did not explain anything further and just gave me eye drops. Don’t overbook and make your patients sit for an hour or more waiting for their “appointment “. Not nice. Happened twice. Won’t be back.

I purchased frames with my new prescription at least 6 months ago from here. Recently, my glasses got warped from being left in a hot car (oops). I dealt with it because I wasn’t sure if I’d have to buy a new frame. The other day, one of sides completely snapped off (the screw/pin came out and was nowhere to be found). This practice is amazing. The office staff go above & beyond, to help sort out insurance issues & understand the importance of scheduling appointments as soon as possible. Each time I call, I get an actual person. No computer menus. The clinical staff are obviously well trained & extremely knowledgeable. Dr Evans diagnosed an issue I never knew I had. He has solved what I thought was an unsolvable problem. I feel so lucky to have found this practice.
