This was my first visit to the Eye Center in PCB on Hutchinson Road. The staff and the Physician were Friendly, informative, thorough and took great care of me. I didn’t have to wait either. Thank you!
I called to check the status of my glasses and the lady said “they haven’t came in yet it hasn’t even been two weeks they usually come in at 3” her tone sounded irritated that we were even asking about it horrible customer service
Our visit was perfect fir our yearly exams. Mere wait time after arriving, maybe 10 minutes. Staff got us ready for doctor with vision tests, pressure checks, dilation in a very timely gentle manner prior to Dr. Edinger's exam. The only suggestion we have is that elderly, above 70, patients wait to leave, walk to car, drive home afterwards. Husband with Parkinson's Disease and I could not see to go out door as sunlight hit white concrete stoop and we both were blinded even with disposable shades we were given at checkout!
