I’ve been a patient at Eye Centers of Kenosha for over 10 years. While Dr. Pruett provided excellent care, things have significantly declined since his retirement. It’s now nearly impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Customer service has always been mediocre. At one visit, I was left in an exam room for 90 minutes after dilation, only to find out they didn't realize I was still the room and the doctor had left for the day. Had cataract surgery recently. Very happy with Dr Sanka and others. But very disappointed at the wait times at almost every visit. Really think there must be better organization in this area. 1.5 to 2 hours most visits which is not acceptable.
Have been going to the Eye Centers of Racine & Kenosha for months and have had a great experience overall! Lisa Jarstad is the BEST office staff I have ever dealt with! She was very patient, understanding and supportive during my eye surgeries. Dr Paul Singh is an excellent ophthalmologist and is confident and great at what he does! He performed a LVR procedure which completely removed the floaters in my eye ... life changing!! Dr. Duresa was very patient trying to help me get into the best options for contacts after my annual eye exam. I will definitely be going back to him for my exams. He is very easy to talk to and very kind. Great staff. Great service all around. Brandon was very kind to me when I arrived for my appointment and was very knowledgeable.
