Do not support this business. Veterans avoid this location for VA C&P exams. The staff lacks basic communication and professionalism. I was placed in a dark room for an eye exam with zero instructions, and when I asked for clarification, the technician was dismissive, walked out, and shut the door. There are also serious hygiene concerns. The machine was never wiped down, and the eye patch I was given was not from a sealed or sanitized package. Had my first eye exam here in years and honestly expected a rushed process. Instead, every test was explained properly before it started. The nurse even adjusted the chair twice to make me comfortable during one of the machine checks.
Overall a great experience and amazing customer service. Dr.Sharma was very kind and informative with any questions or concerns. I will be coming back for my follow up and looking forward to it.
