I had an eye appt 2 yrs ago...went back 3 times after getting new glasses as I could not read with them. I was told I had to get use to the bifocals. I finally gave up. I went back almost a yr ago for another eye exam and to give them another chance. Dr. told me the lenses were definitely the wrong ones that I got. I was told it would cost me $238 dollars for new lenses because it was couple days over the 1 yr mark. First Appointment went 30 minutes behind. However the doctor was very good. I had a follow up apptment and got a script. I went to the sales department and ordered a pair of sunglasses. Waited a few weeks and went in to pick them up. They could not find the glasses and told me they would call me back. They did not. I waited another week and called. Great place, amazing staff. Dr Gillanwaters is the best eye doctor I have ever been examined by in 40 years of wearing glasses. Professional and accurate in determing the proper Rx. Great selection of glasses and always very accomodating in getting me in for an appointment.
