Staff was professional and Dr. Pugh was very thorough. The woman who helped with my son's frames was the same way. I will definitely be going there when I take my eye exam.
Where do I begin? Nice enough staff but at the end of the day I paid a crazy amount of money for glasses I never wore.The progressive was off and I had to dip my head down too far for distance. My head hurt and I felt nauseated when I wore them. I went back numerous times and they kept adjusting my glasses over and over. To the point they looked like I dropped them.
