RecommendedWithin 3 weeks of me requesting a consultation appointment I had my Lasik Surgery. During my consultation Lori made me feel really comfortable. During the procedure Dr Parker explained every step before he proceeded. I am almost to my 1 week follow up and it's amazing how well I can see. The only issue I have had is beating myself up for not doing the procedure years sooner. It's a real blessing to have your sight returned to you.

Their customer service is horrible. Drove to my appointment in Carbondale today 12/12/18 to find out they don't accept my insurance. Would liked to have been informed about it when they called to confirm appointment. My primary care provider is the one that set up the appointment and they would of given them my insurance information. Definitely will not be going back. The staff's lack of knowledge of what insurance they accept is ridiculous how can you run an office and not know what insurance you do and don't accept.

I loved my experience here! Everyone is super friendly. They explained everything before it was happening, which eased my nerves. Everything was just so easy and efficient, I can’t say enough how well this place does their job. Hopefully I won’t need lasik again, but if I did they’d be my first choice 😊
Dr. Parker and his team were awesome throughout my whole process. If you are considering Lasik, I would highly recommend this doctor and his team.
The staff really hustles but I think they try and push too many people through. I have been waiting 1:25:00 and I still haven’t seen the doctor.
Was very happy with the service and overall people. Had fantastic results and care with my lasik surgery. Would recommend Dr. Parker to anyone.
Wonderful staff! I'm seeing Dr. M. SHE'S GREAT Everyone is so good about detailing each procedure, it's very reassuring to know exactly what to expect. Very professional, but also very patient and kind. I wholeheartedly recommend this office. 12 out of 10 stars. 😊
