Great friendly staff. Dr. Parker is great. My son first visited a couple years ago with eye issues he quickly fixed, then just did lasik on him yesterday! 20/20 vision today!
I was so scared. Actually terrified. Dr Parker was so nice and he explained everything. I would absolutely do it again and recommend anyone to go see if you're a candidate for the surgery!!!
Everytime I have to take my grandmother here we wait a good 2 hours or more. I understand problems arise and you may get behind, but it shouldn't be happening constantly. And I'm not the only one to think so sitting around and listening to the conversations in the waiting room. Please manage your appointments better.
Dr. Parker and staff are the best. They are professional and courteous. The treated me more like a friend than a patient. I am looking forward to having my left eye done. I would highly recommend Dr. Parker to anyone.
Medical doctors the world over should strive to emulate the professionalism, politeness, skill, and ongoing educational practices demonstrated here. Dr. Parker could not have been any better; careful explanation of pre- and post-op care, detailed description of the procedure itself, and a thoughtful narration during the procedure. Everyone at the Eye Care Specialist was very welcoming and made sure I was taken care of. They are very quick to respond to emails and work with scheduling. I highly recommend them to anyone considering lasik eye surgery or as a regular optometrist.
Dr. Shawn Parker and his staff are great to work with. Had an outstanding experience and felt well taken of. Seeing 20/20 again after 30 years or so. Would recommend him for your lasik procedure.
