Eye Doctors - Phenomenal. Optometry staff - Poor service, poor attitude. For context, without naming names, the staff acted inconvenienced when I was picking frames/lenses. Three other times, I called and left voice messages with no response. I literally went to the office and there. I observed all three ladies making condescending facial expressions to each other as an elder lady was seeking clarification about her insurance. I have been a patient of Dr. Grohol for many years and he has always giving me top-notch eye care. His staff is very attentive and courteous. I've never waited more than 10 minutes before being seen, and you're rarely left alone for more than a few minutes once your appointment has begun. The optical department has a decent selection of glasses for an office this size and the optician staff is helpful in guiding my selection. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a skilled optometrist for any reason.
