I don’t think I’ve ever been more disgusted by clerical staff than when communicating with Eye Care Professionals in North Warren across from Arbys. 2 weeks ago I sat in the waiting room listening for an hour to the staff not know what they were doing and keep coming out and telling people we forgot to have you sign this or sign that. I got up at the hour mark and asked me what time my appointment was. The one lady had the nerve to ask me “did you sign in?” I understand there are waits and busy days. I lost a contact down the drain... mere hours after I picked my trials up. I called and was lucky enough to get a replacement trial. The doctor is great (amazing with children as well) and the staff is a riot- and are extremely helpful!
They are awesome! The staff is very nice. Such a laid back environment. Highly recommended!
