Was called to confirm my appointment and was never told one thing about their covid policy! Drove 2 hours just to be told I have to reschedule and not come in because I had my kids with me! Not everyone has a babysitter so if kids cannot come with a patient you should say on the phone that you must be alone when confirming an appointment!!! They rescheduled me and sent me on my way. I took my pregnant daughter in law here, and in reality the eye doctor probably saved her and the baby's life. We are in Buffalo now under care of a neurologist!! We can't ever thank you enough!! Brmc, Olean, and her OB/gyn misdiagnosed her!! But Eye care doctor NAILED it!!!
