I really like Dr. Brit but have to ask is scheduling done by AI? I called to check on an appointment I tried to schedule online and Edward/Edwin was very brief. When he told me I didn’t have an appointment he did not even offer to schedule me an appointment. 🤷🏻♀
They don’t answer their phone? Ive called multiple times a day, different times, different days i even left messages and they still dont answer. Let alone they told me i had to wait 10 days for my glasses but its been 3 WEEKS.
Wonder doctor and staff but my glasses has been delayed due to the lab putting in wrong prescription lenses in frame and now been waiting for roughly 2 weeks now. In conclusion, I reiterate that the staff was exceptional, and I had a positive experience with my visit, which is why I continue to recommend their services for eye exams to update prescriptions.
