Dr. was efficient, clear to understand. Staff out in front area seemed to be in a hurry. Polite but rushing. Eyes were dilated, gave no sunglasses, wasn’t asked if I had any. Went outside into bright sunshine, in quite a bit of discomfort from the light. Unable to get back in to get any from them, closed earlier than advertised.
Don't be late for eye exam they will turn you away. I called to let them know I wasDon't running late and they told me that it was fine to be 15 minutes late, we were 17 minutes late. No appointment after us no one else in the waiting room, and they were going to be open for another hour and a half. They told us we had to reschedule, we have been going there for years, myself and other 3 family members. Now they have lost our business. Good bye. This is how small businesses go under. I've been going to northside vision for over 20 years. Always courtesy and respect by all staff. Dr. Bruce rocks! Highly recommend!
went for an eye exam sept. 23, 2015, and paid $69 cash. i had no insurance. i ordered new glasses and couldn't see out of them. took them back to see dr. watson and he adjusted my prescription to my original 2.5 year old prescription. no apology, no nothing, so my new glasses are worthless and i'm wearing my old ones with my money wasted. whatever one does as a profession he or she should be proficient at it. i will never return to them. I would give half a star if available.
My 10 year old daughter was having a lot of headaches, part of working through the possible causes (teeth, allergy, etc.) we scheduled an eye exam (though she was not having any typical eye issues, just the headaches) Dr. Burmeister was incredible with her. This was her first eye exam ever. He took the time to explain everything and make sure she was comfortable.
