Do not go here. Not only did it take them 2 weeks to get me a pair of glasses because they had to completely redo the first pair, they tried to trick me into getting additional tests so they could charge more money! They stated the the Dr needed to see me when I picked up my glasses and then tried to charge me an additional $40 for a test that I was told was optional during my exam and I had declined! Stay far away from this place. Save yourself the headache. I'm giving one star only because I can't give zero.
I don't know about the other reviews , but I've been going there for the last few years and they have been wonderful . I was in a few weeks ago , got fitted for glasses , changed my mind the next day , went back, got refitted with different frames , and the people there were great . I like going there . . . . .
Average Dr. Noxon is an understanding and civil person but the office manager has the customer service of Atilla the Hun, get rid of her and business should get better for ya!
So how did they fix the issue if they couldn't fix the anti glare? Did they leave you with the glasses? Did you ask for money back? I too am a patient at Eye Care One but did not have a negative experience. I got a call my glasses were done 10 minutes after I got home. The spring on the temple of my frame broke about 6 months after I got them and they were replaced without any questions. They also price matched my contacts for me. I found them very friendly an helpful.
Bad Customer Service. I got a eye exam, and lenses with anti glare on them. I received the lenses; however, there were something wrong with them that cause a unbearable glare. I brought the lenses back and they said they would have them checked. A week later I got them back and they were still horrible. The doctor is very rude and will lie to you just to make more money! Office manager is very unprofessional also they will not give you your script in hopes that they can sell you their over priced glasses and contact lenses.
The biggest complaint I had was their prices were not competitive and they tried to upsell on unnecessary procedures We stopped going to this place because their prices never seemed very competitive to wholesale or internet contact lens. Also, the doctor wanted to always do extra procedures to "make sure" there was nothing going on like macula degeneration or cataracts and try out his new retinal camera. I have been a patient there for the last few years and I have never had a problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do agree that it does take about 4-5 days to get your glasses in.
Bad experience I had a bad experience with this business, very un-profesional, terrible customer service, office manager very rude. It seems i'm not the only one who has had a bad experience with this eye care office. Would not recommend unless you want to be treated badly and wait forever for your glasses and contacts to come in.
