I always have great service with Eye Care 0ne. I just went in today to get my glasses adjusted. They are always pleasant and willing to please. Today Hope helped me with my glasses. Very friendly and cheerful.
Anyone else having troubles getting their money back?,,?,? Just wondering.... I still, to this day have had no success. I am stuck with very expensive glasses that I can not wear. They give me headaches. Paid $642.00 which included the exam. Will tell everyone and their brothers about the poor service and conduct of overall experience!!!!!! May be ok for those who need to see up close but other then that I would not recommend.
This has got to be the worst eye care office I have been to, the office manager is extremely rude and it takes for ever to get the glasses in. You are better off going to Meijer or Walmart. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!
I to have had a bad experience with eye care one. You are right, the manager was very rude. The first time I walked in the office she was yelling at the office help, very unprofesional if you ask me. Also took a long time to get my glasses and contacts in, or maybe it just took them that long to call, who knows! I know one thing for sure, I won't be going back!
I got a eye exam, and lenses with anti glare on them. I received the lenses however they was something wrong with them that cause a unbearable glare. I brought the lenses back and they said they would have them checked. A week later I got them back and they were still horrible. I made a video to demonstrate the problem and confirmed the problem with another optician. Chad Nixon is better suited as a counter sales person at Walmart. After the fastest 'Doctor' exam ever, I fully expected to see his retail sales name tag on his shirt while I paid for the 'exam'. We didn't purchase glasses at his store. We had much better service down the road.
If Zero stars was an option for this I'd give them nothing. This was my worst experience as far as an eye exam and service ever. I can't believe anyone would want to go back.
This place is HORRENDOUS! There customer service is seriously one of the worst I've ever experienced. I had a pair of frames picked out and ready to purchase. Because of how EXTREMELY rude both receptionists were I didn't purchase anything and walked right out. I would never recommend this place and they definetly lost service from me.
