My 5 year old son went for an exam, which lasted 2 1/2 hours. Once we finally saw Dr. Massengale, he was extremely rude and impatient with my 5 year old. I paid for and picked up glasses, now am receiving a bill that I believed I had already paid, because their person entered the wrong amount. Very unprofessional and rude, we will not be going back.
