I had a truly terrible experience with this eye doctor. Earlier this year, they assured me that an annual eye exam wasn't necessary as I was planning on getting LASIK later in the next year or two, which turned out to be a blatant lie. When I needed new contacts and reached out, they refused to assist, citing an expired prescription. This left me without proper vision aids for driving and work.
