Great customer service and excellent optometry services! This is by far the best eye care center I’ve ever been to.
Been going to Eye Care for years. Had to wait 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be called back for the exam
First I would like to say the doctor is awesome. Second I do not recommend purchasing your glasses from this store. The staff does not seemed trained on how to properly fit glasses or help you choose glasses. I spent over 600 out of pocket on my glasses. I am getting sores on my nose from the glasses. I have been back to this store three times and also went to Pleasant Hill, Ankeny, West Des Moines stores trying to get them adjusted.
