The staff is friendly enough, but not what I would call competent. When ordering my glasses she assumed I wanted progressive lenses, I said No, and I also require tinted lenses and told her so. After waiting to get my new glasses theey came in - and guess what - Progressive lenses and no tint! it is already two weeks past the day I should have them back. I will not go back. I spend 10hours a ninght on the computer at work and am in pain becuase of this incompetance. They were also going to charge me another $164.00 for glase... read more
We had our first visit with Dr Sieron today....I could not be happier about the way we were treated while we were there. The staff was kind, friendly and efficient. Dr Sieron was also friendly and explains things clearly and is very thorough. Very impressed with the practice and Dr Sieron and will be hapoy to recommend him to my friends and family.
Just saw Dr.Sieron for an appointment for my entire family , what a wonderful job. The girls in the office were so incredibly professional and Dr. Sieron did a wonderful exam. I love the atmosphere, I was not a number but a person. The individual attention was so much better than one of those chain Doc in the box. I will tell my family and friends about how great Eye Care of Ill is. Thank you
