They were so patient about explaining all the details of each option which was available to us. I don't think I could have had that much patience with us if I were them! They were so great!
Getting your teeth removed and replaced is pretty traumatic under the best of circumstances. Knowing in advance EXACTLY what's gonna happen, why, how, and how much $ is involved ahead of time is all equally important to the patient/client. DIS personnel did all that and in a way that was reassuring, rather than daunting. Until my visits to DIS, I was always felt kind of intimidated by dentistry and dentists. You folks made it pleasant and almost fun.
Everyone was very kind and helpful. My experience was very good and I would recommend them to others.
This is the best dentist I've ever been to. I have never been to a more professional and friendly place in my life. Awesome work guys. Thanks again.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Kristen did the mold and Tim was great helping to get them to fit. A few more tweeks and they should be good. Would definitely recommend!!
I had my first visit today and I just love everyone there. Tim did my molds, Linda helped as well. Tim answered my questions more than once for me. They all always had smiles and never acted like they didn't want to be there. I was treated with respect the whole time. Dr. Prather explained everything that would happen and it ended up I needed some minor surgery, but everything worked out great. I will refer everyone to DDS. Once again I have to say that my second office visit was so nice. I am now no longer scared to go to a dentist office and these people are so good about helping us figure out what we can afford to do. They do not try and push options that are not necessary. Thank you DDS
They are wonderful and they go out of their way to try and make you comfortable and not ashamed of your teeth.
I couldn't ask for a better fit first time around. Everyone was so pleasant & professional. The waiting room was inviting the rest rooms so clean. You need to give Betty Jennings the credit for my being there. I have already recommended your office to several people.
