One of the most unethical medical practices or doctors I've ever been to. The doctor Dr Winchester verbally attacked me and berated me for using FDA approved sleepable contact lenses when I came in for care for my eye and in the first 2 minutes of the conversation said she wouldn't accept me as a patient after this visit. After a very unpleasant, unfriendly rude $200 checkup I was finally given the $20 prescription I needed for my eye. Great place
My wife and I have had a horrible time with this office as far as billing goes. They have consistently billed us incorrect amounts, reimbursed us incorrect amounts, and charged us late fees while being completely at fault for misfiling insurance information. I don't know if these problems are unique to this branch, but I would avoid it at all costs. This much stress is just not worth it.
Excellent vision prescription! Thurough exam. Very satisfied.
