I have been waiting 2+ months to receive my eye glasses. Today I called yet again only to be asked to drive to the office and pick out another pair frames. The exact words was “to make it easier on the GM.” I do understand that issues with the glasses are not necessarily the office faults... but I am a mother with 6 children. In my opinion this office should be about making things easier for the patients instead of the staff.
Danielle, extremely rude at this location. Tell everyone you know that this place IS NOT the place to do business with!

Staff is very friendly... the doc is nice and quite humorous, not to mention very knowledgeable... I have gotten my glasses from them for over 6 years...
My appointment was on 12/22/2018 and on 2/2/2019 and 2/4/2019 I called after hours and left voicemails. No one called me back! I called today and my contacts were there! The lady (Stephanie) said they called me several times and left messages for me and that is a lie! Not once did she apologize or display any type of satisfactory customer service skills and then she hung up on me while I was still talking!! I will never go back!!!

My son has been going here for a year now. They are very professional and their staff are amazing. You are in and out, and also have a wide variety of styles to choose from that are affordable!
