I was very disappointing with Dr, John ester, instead of showing concern or talking to me as a human being, he was debating, ignorant, disrespectful and very sarcastic. He spoke to me as I was stupid, or an idiot. I will never go to him again or recommend him to anyone.
I went to see Dr. Ester because I was having issues with my eyes. He prescribed eye drops that ended up causing vision loss. When I returned for a follow-up, he did not seem concerned about the problems I was experiencing. I asked what the long-term plan was and whether I would recover any of my vision, especially because of the career I work in. Very good Dr. and very thorough. I had to have some tests due to taking a new medicine.
My son had an emergency visit and the clinic was able to get him in and seen in a timely manner. Dr Esters was very thorough explaining everything to us. We will be back for a full eye exam soon . Thank you
