Would have loved to give them 5�, but the tech insisted that they do not have hard contact lenses in Stock and that I've never walked in and back out with one that hadn't been ordered. I tried telling her that the reason I first came there was because they were the ONLY place that I've ever known of that does have them in Stock. I added that I'd ask Dr. Pickering if I was actually crazy or was she misinformed. When he entered the room, he confirmed what I already knew. Went there August 31 2017 and today September 1 2017 received a call saying my glasses ready love them excellent service
They seem to be too busy to give adequate customer service. Two occasions within the same week.
