Messed up my prescriptions twice. Second time told me I wasn’t holding my head right to see out of them. Also said I owed a co-pay Insurance plainly says no co-pay. But I payed. Asked later about a refund they said it was refunded towards my glasses. I said it was to be refunded to me. My insurance pays for everything.
