My mother who has stage 4 breast cancer was left sitting in an exam room for an hour and 15 minutes before she was seen. She was the only one in the waiting area. I normally do not leave reviews. However i just had to say my piece. I won't be returning to this facility. It is terrible- maybe because there is a new doctor, Caterina (as i never had a problem with the previous doctor)? I had to email back and forth and call multiple times for the facility to send me my contact prescription. Moreover, the prescription they sent over was incorrect 3 times, along with an incorrect expiration date. It did not match any of the contacts i had previously ordered with their prescription (meaning... read more
Very pleasant experience! I'm not sure who was the kindest and most helpful explaining my eye condition and steps that I'm to take for my eyes health; was it Heather, Jo, or the doctor.
The doctor was very thorough and she worked with the optical staff to get me the best lenses for my high prescription and transition and reading. i am really young and I was really sick and I have to have reading glasses and sunglasses
