Extremely efficient business model. Yes you do move through stages of examination with employees proficient in their area of expertise. Although the office was filled with many patients, I moved through the process very quickly. In the end I saw a real MD! Overall very impressed and will return.

There are many waiting rooms, filled with people who look as if they have been there for a long time. There are long, gloomy halls with dingy, bulging carpeting. But what is most disturbing is the high speed used to get patients in and out Every action is rushed, including the work of the technicians who start the procedure. Very impressed by the wait time. It has decreased tremendously from 3-hours to 45minutes to 1-hour.

Terrific. Dr. Roy is very knowledgeable, and personable. Best expectations were met. My eye problem was fixed locally. We would be back here in a minute. I would highly recommend Dr. Roy to anyone with Retina problems. He listened, he was concerned and made sure to follow up with us frequently. Not to mention, great staff!!
