If I could give 0 stars I would. The doctors seem great but I have politely called eye care consultants and their off location biller more than 10 times over the last month and a half to ask why my eye exam was billed as non-routine (insurance will only cover routine eye exams) and they continue to tell me someone will call me back soon - they never have. It shouldn’t even be a difficult question! Their billing department is absolutely terrible and unfortunately ruined the entire practice. I truly could not be more frustrate... read more
Dr. Ivan is the best. I have been seeing Dr. Grupe for over 40 years. Lately I was having trouble reading with my hard contact lenses without using reading glasses (another fun fact of getting old). He let me try several different pairs of hard lens and when none of them quite did the trick, he let me try several pairs of soft contact lenses until I found ones that let me see far and near, without reading glasses. He is so patient, so knowledgeable, so friendly, I cannot recommend him highly enough.
