I wear Duette contacts and it sometimes takes 3 or 4 times to get the right fit. Dr Silver is great, but they change front staff so much that they don't know what they are doing. they still owe me a pair of contacts
RecommendedI went to the doctor for an eye stye yesterday. They brought me back to a room before I even sat down in the waiting room- so no wait (AND I was a bit early to my appointment). This was after squeezing me into their schedule for the day because of my eye pain. I saw a very knowledgeable doctor who gave me an antibiotic for the bacterial infection that was settling in on the left side of my face. Great care, great clinicians. warm friendly staff.
Good DR.s but office never runs on schedule. Some DR offices hate if you run late but expect you to understand when they are running late1150 appointment today, seen by staff at 1205 and DR at 1213. Desk workers are rude and act inconvenienced when you have a question. DR.s Holly and Silver are really good which makes this a very frustrating combination. They can easily replace desk staff and should to ensure the customers are more a priority instead of pay check/number.
Dr Holly is a great eye dr. Lots of experience. Many glass styles to pick from.
Always a great experience. Friendly, patient, professional staff.
I can't wait for my appointment! The receptionist was so friendly!
