I've been trying to get a hold of them to get replaced glasses ordered since our dog got a hold of mine and they won't answer their phones. I've tried calling multiple times over the past few days at different times but no answer. You can't leave a message either because the mailbox in full...
Ordered glasses (leechburg office) They are very slow, normally 7 to 10 days.I am going on 3 weeks and still don't have any answers to when I might see again.
worst service I ever had, I didn't get a full eye exam and didn't make my glasses right on top of that, they aren't very honest either
Great people great place.
Have been taking my elderly mother here for a few years. Everyone there is SUPER NICE and helpful. Absolutely recommend!!
