I had great service adjusting my glasses here. They helped me out, were super quick and kindly had me on my way in a few minutes! Thank you!
I came in on the morning of the 18th. Nikita at the front desk was super welcoming and made the whole process a breeze. After my check up, Nikita helped me pick out 2 pairs of glasses that matched my style perfectly. If there's anyone I know who needs eye care, I will always recommend this location.
For my dad, he was quite satisfied with his service and the young lady was very helpful to him.
This is the best eye doctor & customer service I've experienced. Dr. Z is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. And Nikita & Sam in the front literally MAKE my day. So so kind, funny, supportive, and helpful in making the experience as smooth and low-stress as it can be. Will always come back here for my eye needs :-)
I went to the myeyedr in Brookline this week and had a great experience with Nikita and Dion! They helped me sort out an issue with my contact very quickly and helped me pick out really cute sunglasses. Thank you both! Will be back.
