Horrible customer service and front desk staff. The manager was the most atrocious and needs her attitude adjusted to work with customers. Doctors are nothing special and can go elsewhere to have better attention or detail and knowledgeable associates.
They "recommended" and pushed new contacts to me "bausch + Lomb ultra" when I've been wearing contacts for years and never have I been so frustrated with contacts. Literally the worst contacts ever. Beyond mad at the purchase. You'd think they would research brands before selling to their clients. Made me feel like they were getting good commission off of them. Contacts were the worst contacts I've ever worn in 10 years. became super blurry so fast. Fear it's made my vision worse and destroyed my eye.
