RecommendedI had a great appointment today with Dr. Woofter! First let me say that the entire staff was friendly. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Woofter’s assistant, I’m sorry I’m horrible with names, was great and listened to my concerns while performing all the initial exams and listening to me explain my medical history. The staff here is always friend and polite. Always leave with a smile on my face. Dr. Woofter is very nice and willing to answer question and explain everything so you can understand it, Shelby is amazing always has a smile on her face and makes you feel relaxed not afraid to joke with you.

I had something fly into my eye and I couldn’t get it out. 15 minutes before they closed on a FRIDAY I called asking if there was any way they could get me in. I’m not even a current patient. They asked the doctor and he told me to come on in. He saw me as soon as I came in and found a little piece of wood that flew into my eye. Everyone working was so nice and didn’t act annoyed at all. I think our family has found our official eye doctor. 😃👍
On March 25 at 10:15am I called to make an appointment. I was told they didnt have anything until April 29. This was 2 minutes after seeing they had an appointment for the next day on their online booking. on April 29th I show up for my appointment to be told they didnt have set one for me. They said sorry but didnt seem concerned that they screwed up. Instead of seeing what they could do, they offered me an appointment for another 4 weeks down the road. Ridiculous. They lost a patient today.
