This place messed up an order, my son took his younger brother, I spoke to them on what I wanted via speaker phone, I specified transitions regular tint, Today went to pick them up they were sunglasses, the lady looked and closed them went to back came out said you asked for tinted no I did not, she’s like yes you told me you hardly. Every single person that works there is great. They are professional, personable, and attentive. I had an issue with my glasses (which I received just hours after my exam) after I had made a bad choice. I took them into them to see what they could do and the very nice gentleman fixed my glasses within 2 hours with a smile and no attitude. No more America's Best for my family!
I was a walk-in and though I had to wait a while, the staff was very courteous, professional and helpful.
They are very personable, and professional. They also do a great job
