I have been measured 3 times for contacts and they have been wrong every time. 5 months later and they think they have finally figured it out. I purchased a years work of contacts. 2 boxes on my insurance and 2 boxes( I paid out of pocket for). Thursday I paid out of pocket again for 90 days of contacts($180) and they told me the unopened boxes of contacts I had they would take back! They lied! Over $500 worth on contacts in the whole that I can’t wear! This will never happen again and I would recommend not going to this bus... read more

worst service I have ever recieved you could tell little redheaded girl at the front desk was having a bad day and taking it out on anyone that had the misfortune to speak to her , i was in desperate need of help cuz i had broken my glasses and cant see to work and she would not help or let me have my medical records but after another nurse tried to help they released my medical records so I could go elsewhere to a place that cares for there customers and get my problem fixed so all in all unless your insurance makes you go ... read more
