I have never had service as bad as this was. I was flat out lied to about what insurance would cover. I called and spoke to my insurance company to find out why it wasn't covered and they said it was covered 100% and they would contact Eye Care Associates. Once they contacted them they said they refused to file a claim. I am now having to go through and file a claim with my insurance to get reimbursed for the cost that should have been covered from the start. They are deceptive and not trust worthy. Excellent staff and great service. They usually go by appointment only but had a patient to cancel so they were able to get to me. I was happy for sure because Monday’s are my days to take care of business. Thank you so much.
