I have never had service as bad as this was. I was flat out lied to about what insurance would cover. I called and spoke to my insurance company to find out why it wasn't covered and they said it was covered 100% and they would contact Eye Care Associates. Once they contacted them they said they refused to file a claim. I am now having to go through and file a claim with my insurance to get reimbursed for the cost that should have been covered from the start. They are deceptive and not trust worthy.
