Great service as always. Crystal took the time to help me pick out the frames I needed and made sure I was happy before I left. They still believe in personal service and know your name when you walk in.
they don't give a flying rats behind about you or your vision. they took/bought the late Dr. Sistar's patient list yet they refuse to honor any warranties. my vision is completely blurred by my glasses due to a "transition" breakdown and was basically told too bad....i'm quite sure they would love to take another $628.00 of my hard earned money for a new pair though. Gee whiz, i might have to think about that.....LIKE HELL
Very nice people. They greet you walk in the door. I keep coming back for my glasses. If I problem with my glasses I just come back and they take care of it for me
