Dr Shaw is incredible. I have aging eyes which don't function as they used to at any distance :) and Dr Shaw GETS IT. She spent so much time helping me tweak my progressive prescription, patiently adjusting, working with the variations in different lighting, and explaining things to me. The end result was the RIGHT prescription for my progressives in both glasses and contacts (I've had three not ideal prescriptions before this) and better understanding of what is happening the eyes as they age, and how to best manage it. RecommendedThe service is exceptional from calling in, receiving an eye exam, and choosing frames/lenses. The staff is incredibly attentive, responsive, informed and patient. I was REALLY indecisive with which frames I wanted, but the staff supported me in every way until I found the exact frames I wanted. I couldn't be happier or more thankful. Special shoutout to Ruby who was a total saint and superhero throughout the process, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3
Welcoming area. Kind staff. Great doctors. If you are in need of an optometrist, I highly recommend this place! Each person is super helpful as well as organized! When in search for glasses, the staff are helpful with tips and such!
Eye Capital gets a 👎🏾. You all NEVER call to let my family know our glasses are ready. I called every day for two weeks, just so happens I was told “oh your glasses were ready 3 days ago”. When we picked up our glasses....you just hand them to us. Don’t ask us to try them to make any adjustments. My mother took my daughter to get frames....you would think you all would suggest a pair that are kid friendly....nope not the case. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They work as a team. And my kids feel comfortable. My whole family goes there and always will.
Dr. Melendez was very thorough, easy to talk to, and personable! She even checked on prices for me before we started since I wasn't sure of my insurance benefits. Very happy she was added to the team! The other ladies were wonderful too. Thank you all!
