I used to love this salon and brag about it often. Even moved away and came back to it! I've cut and colored my hair many times and decided I wanted to try something different. I got a PERM. Trying to get those natural looking curls. Well I ended up with a wave no curl at all and what makes it worse is I was BURNED severely by the chemical solution because it dripped down my neck and just stayed there. Eye candy salon and blow dry bar is hands down the best salon in Colorado Springs! Annette is the only person I allow to touch my hair! She always executes the hair cuts I ask for and she helped me achieve and maintain my dream hair color! Ive been coming to Eye candy since 2014 and she has always been great about answering any questions I’ve had and walking me through the process of what she’s doing to my hair. One of my worst experiences. It pains me to write this review because I’ve had my hair and make-up done here a few times with no issue. However, BEWARE! Danna waxed my eyebrows and left them completely unsymmetrical. I then made the mistake of asking Susan to fix them. I’ve never had someone mess my eyebrows up SO bad. Do NOT get your eyebrows waxed here. I’m so upset that I do not intent on ever giving them my business again and will recommend to my friends NOT to go there.
I came in, not knowing what to expect, not knowing what I wanted done, and unsure of if I ACTUALLY WANTED anything done. The moment I stepped inside, I was offered water, tea, or coffee. Thankful to have a nice, local place that has a stylist (Meagan Love) knowledgeable about proper dread care/maintenance!
I got a balayage done today by Danna and she did absolutely amazing! She was so sweet the entire time And super easy to talk to. She gave me exactly what I wanted and even better than what I had expected! I will definitely be going back!
They are amazing. My hair is always exactly how I want it!
