Appointment time was 11:00 am, didn’t get into a room until 1:15, I think this is ridiculous...they scheduled so many patients in one day that the place is always very congested 😖
Our visit at the Albuquerque office wasn't good at all. I brought my grandson for an exam. The receptionist was pleasant, but the receptionist at the clinic was si so very rude, uncaring, and unkind. I was not told to have certain papers with me prior to the visit and we were turned away. Two hour drive for NOTHING!!! Will make another appt with the office in Gallup, they are caring.
