We have gone to Dr. Wenxin Wei at Eye Associates of Lancaster for many years. We are very pleased with this group, finding the staff and doctors to be very professional and friendly. We were never encouraged or forced to buy glasses at their place. Thank you for your great service.
Knowledgeable doctors and friendly staff. Not only are the people great, they have a good selection of fashionable frames to choose from.
I would like to thank Eye Associates of Lancaster for wasting my time and money. And to commend their staff on their incompetence. After receiving the pre appointment paperwork in the mail, I filled everything out and sent it back to them the week before the appointment. Then after arriving at my appointment, I was told they do not accept the insurance. And when asked why they didn't contact me prior to finding a babysitter and driving 35 minutes to their office, they said "I don't know why we missed that, anyway never mind ... read more
