Professional doctors, offering a wide variety of services and huge selection of eyewear.
Dr. Palandjian did a successful cataract surgery on both eyes. He and all the staff were professional and knowledgeable.
Poor customer service.
I’ve been going here for years up until my last visit in early 2018. I made an appointment because my eyes had been feeling dry, painful and I was unable to wear my contact lenses. They took me back, did the exam and chalked it up as “well I’m young and of child bearing age so I must be pregnant and the pregnancy was causing my eyes to change”. Friendly front desk staff. Short waiting room time. All other staff very kind and courteous.
I had Cataract surgery done last year by Dr Fileta, I thought he was good, right now I am having problems with both eyes but can not go back due to billing issues and not paying a balance as soon as they wanted. They billed me for a head and neck ultrasound right after I had paid over $500 for the surgery out of pocket. Think they were trying to get compensated for the post visits that were suppose to be in the price of the surgery....I really liked Dr Fileta but now I have to find a new practice. Dr. Fileta is 10/10, he just completed my corneal transplant, although an uncomfortable experience, I was met with a great deal of quality patient care and general kindness from the doctor and staff. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Fileta for giving me a shot at vision, his work is phenomenal. And to note, his staff was very kind and compassionate during the rough few weeks. A+ for them, without a doubt recommend.
