I needed a second opinion for cataract surgery done in another city. My sight was not good after 6 weeks. Everywhere I called I was told there would be a 3-6 month wait for an appointment. Then I got Michele at Dr. Smith's office. She told me the wait usually would be 3 months, but she knew how urgently I needed to see him. So she talked with her supervisor and the office manager--and got me in within 2 days! Dr. Smith was very kind, as was all his staff.
