This outfit lacks customer service. I went in to get glasses and they told me Eye Associates could do a contact exam. I went to the desk where there were 4 people and no one even looked up. After about 5 minutes (the lady on the optical side can vouch for this if she is not afraid to) they gave me two cards and told me to call them to set up an exam and that they were gone that day.
