If you are searching for an eye practice that is professional and caring, then you should check out the Eye Associates of Colorado Springs. My husband has dementia and was treated like a human being and a man. My husband is 80-years-old, can't hear or see very well. The doctor treated him with dignity and respect and spoke to him instead of me. That truly made my husband feel like an important person. This truly made his day and shook the doctor's hand afterwards. Great people!
I was very happy with this office. I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the reception desk and told if I would like I could sit in the nice overstuffed chairs in the waiting area and she would be with me as soon as she finished with the the people ahead of me. As soon as she finished she called me up to the desk. Instead of the usual stack of paper on a clip board to fill out, she gave me a computer pad. It made check in so much easier.
