This was my 3rd visit to the Kirkland location. Again, I found a truly professional organization! They run on time and the entire staff is very friendly. Dr. Wilbanks is very professional and outstanding. I cannot say enough about this organization.
Dr. Wilbanks and the entire team at Eye Associates NW are exceptionally professional, attentive, and compassionate. I’ve been a patient for several years, originally referred for a rare eye condition. Thanks to their expert care, my eyes are now healthy and my vision is excellent. Their conveniently located offices, friendly staff, and seamless online services make every visit smooth and stress-free. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care I’ve received.
Dr. Moch and staff are wonderful. They are calm, informative and knowledgeable. I have felt very supported by them during the healing process of my cataract surgeries, and I am thankful for them!
2025: I like the ophthalmologist I see for my diabetes checkups. For 15 years I would go for my annual checkup and vision exam. Now I'm told diabetes checkups and vision exams require separate appointments, even though the vision exams took less than 10 minutes. I won't be getting vision exams done here anymore. Doctor Anissa Jamil was very good. Office scheduled a new patient appointment for a doctor leaving the Eye Associated NW and she recommended surgery but could not perform the surgery as she was leaving the practice. Billing for the first appointment was not written off and now dealing with payment for second exact appointment charges with Dr. Jamil.
